Compass Developments has been awarded a Design & Construct contract for four High Physical Support (HPS) Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment-style NDIS dwellings in Tamworth, NSW.
The project focuses on creating accessible, dignified residential accommodation for participants requiring high physical support, delivered to the strict SDA Design Standards published by the NDIS.
We managed the entire delivery lifecycle — from initial planning and DA approval through to construction and final SDA compliance certification — with accessibility considerations built into every stage of the design.
