Every build at Compass Developments follows a structured sequence: pre-construction (site survey, design coordination, council approvals); civil and foundation works (excavation, slab, drainage); structural framing; lock-up (roof, windows, external cladding); fit-out (services, internal linings, fixtures); and finally finishes and handover.
Throughout the build, you have access to live site cameras 24/7, weekly progress reports, and verifiable inspection test plans (ITPs) at every structural milestone. You will know exactly where your project stands at any moment of the day.
