A Design & Construct (D&C) contract means Compass Developments takes full responsibility for both the design and construction of your project. You deal with one team from concept to completion - reducing coordination costs and risks.

A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) can fast-track simpler projects that meet standard codes. Our team assesses your project and recommends the right pathway.
